- Only ONE client is allowed in the exam room during pet appointments.
- All product purchases, including medication, food, and preventatives are curbside.
- For additional safety measures, no one is allowed to wait in the lobby for pet appointments.
- We are asking that clients knock on the door and wait for assistance before entering the building or they may call from their parking space/vehicles.
- Face masks are required.
- Please inform the hospital before entering if you have been exposed to COVID or are experiencing symptoms.
